Delivery & Returns

We will deliver the products to you in accordance with the delivery option specified by you when you place your order (e.g. Tracked or Recorded Delivery).

We will deliver directly to the delivery address provided in your online order.  We will deliver all products comprised in your order in one delivery. Please see ‘Delivery Options’ on the website for details of where we deliver and the delivery options available to you. We do not deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses.

UK

All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Available delivery options are:

 

Royal Mail Tracked 1-2 Working Days

Royal Mail Tracked 1-2 Delivery charge is £6.10 based on the weight of your order. Royal Mail tracked has the added benefit of proof of delivery. Royal Mail aims for the item to reach its recipient within 1-2 working days after the order is placed (if placed with MYKIMBO.CO.UK before 1pm) Mykimbo cannot be liable for any late deliveries by Royal Mail.

 

Royal Mail Tracked 2-3 Working Days

Royal Mail Tracked 2-3 Delivery charge is £3.96 based on the weight of your order. Royal Mail tracked has the added benefit of proof of delivery. Royal Mail aims for the item to reach its recipient within 2-3 working days after the order is placed (if placed with MYKIMBO.CO.UK before 1pm) Mykimbo cannot be liable for any late deliveries by Royal Mail.

 Parcelforce24 

 

Parcelforce24 Delivery charge is £7.10 based on the weight of your order. Parcelfroce  delivery requires a signature upon delivery and has the added benefit of proof of delivery. Parcelforce aims for the item to reach its recipient within 1-2 working days after the order is placed (if placed with MYKIMBO.CO.UK before 1pm) Mykimbo cannot be liable for any late deliveries by Royal Mail.

PLEASE NOTE:

Guaranteed delivery timing are working days. Orders received over the weekend or on bank holidays will be picked up on the next available working day and your guaranteed delivery timing will activate after you have received your shipping confirmation email. 

Order cut-off for all delivery services is 1pm (UK time). Orders placed after 1pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt during our working week. Our working week is defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays)

Please note: Occasionally delays may occur and this may affect the dispatch of parcels within this timeframe.

ITEMS NOT RECEIVED?

MYKIMBO  try to ensure that your goods are delivered on time. However from time to time delays can take place by factors beyond our control.

Orders placed under the Royal MaiI tracked Delivery option are shipped via Royal Mail and an item is not classified as "Lost" by Royal Mail until it has been missing for:

-15 days in the UK

- 30 working days for delivery to Europe

- 35 working days for the rest of the world.

We will be unable to refund you before we have allowed for this amount of time to pass from the date of dispatch. If you still haven't received your order after this time, please contact our customer services team and we can assist you: sales@mykimbo.co.uk

Please note - there is a time limit of 6 months from purchase, after this no refund will be made on lost items. 

 

DELIVERIES TO THE UK ONLY

Sadly, we can only accept orders to be delivered to destinations in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and orders under 2kg to Northern Ireland. Deliveries outside the UK cannot be accepted. Many thanks to all those people who’ve made enquiries from outside the UK – we hope to be able to offer this service at some point in the near future.

We accept refunds and exchanges.

 

WE MAY NOT ACCEPT YOUR ORDER

We reserve the right not to accept your order if:

  • We have insufficient stock to deliver the products you have ordered. If this is the case, we will contact you to advise of an availability date or to offer you a substitute product.
  • We do not deliver to your area.
  • One or more of the products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error. If this is the case, we will contact you in accordance with the Price and payment paragraph above.
  • If we do not accept your order we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days from the date of the order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
