DELIVERIES TO THE UK ONLY

Sadly, we can only accept orders to be delivered to destinations in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and orders under 2kg to Northern Ireland. Deliveries outside the UK cannot be accepted. Many thanks to all those people who’ve made enquiries from outside the UK – we hope to be able to offer this service at some point in the near future.

We accept refunds and exchanges.

DELIVERY GUIDE

We aim to deliver all coffee orders within 2 workings days of purchase although ideally, as soon as possible. Please see the information below.

1. Royal Tracked Delivery 1-3 Working Days

This is the standard method of delivery for most orders of under 2kg, unless an optional upgrade is chosen. Any orders received before 1pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched that day. Weekend orders are dispatched on a Monday, Excludes bank holidays.

We only send Royal Mail orders out by tracked post. Typically, parcels arrive within a few days from dispatch and the level of service is very good. Please note that most parcels sent by post are relatively bulky and will not fit through a letter box, but if no-one is home Royal Mail will leave an explanatory note through the door if the parcel cannot be left.

2. Parcelforce
The Parcelforce service offers a tracked delivery that must be signed for upon receipt, although you can select your own delivery instructions to be left in your absence if you choose (under these circumstances, we cannot accept any responsibility for any loss if the parcel has not been signed for.)

The additional benefits with Parcelforce is that in the instance that the parcel cannot be delivered after several attempts, it can be left for collection at a local Post Office.

Any orders received before 12pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched that day. Weekend orders are dispatched on a Monday. Excludes bank holidays

*Parcelforce 24/48 if we receive an order before 12pm, Monday to Friday, the parcel will be dispatched for delivery within 48 hours of ordering unless placed on a weekend. Please note that deliveries are made Monday to Friday, so please place your order by Wednesday to ensure delivery before the weekend.

There may be exceptions to some parts of the UK, delivery to the Scottish Highlands is 2-3 working days for date of despatch.

VAT ON DELIVERY

While our product prices are inclusive of VAT, all delivery prices stated on this page are exclusive of VAT.
VAT is added to delivery charges if any purchased items are VAT rated products. This means the final quoted delivery charge may be more than the quoted figures here.
Coffee itself is not a VAT rated product. Equipment or gift packs including non coffee products are VAT rated.

DELIVERY WEIGHT

The weight of an order is the combined pack weight of product and the weight of its delivery packaging. Weights displayed on the site are the product pack weights only.

 

 

 

OUR REFUNDS POLICY

When you return a Product to us (for instance, because you have cancelled the Contract between us, or have notified us in accordance with the paragraph below ‘Our right to vary theses terms and conditions’, that you do not agree to any change in these terms and conditions or in any of our policies, or because you claim that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we received your cancellation or the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for delivery of the defective Product.

Products returned by you because they are not of satisfactory quality will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

 

WE MAY NOT ACCEPT YOUR ORDER

We reserve the right not to accept your order if:

  • We have insufficient stock to deliver the products you have ordered. If this is the case, we will contact you to advise of an availability date or to offer you a substitute product.
  • We do not deliver to your area.
  • One or more of the products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error. If this is the case, we will contact you in accordance with the Price and payment paragraph above.
  • If we do not accept your order we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days from the date of the order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

 

 

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Stafco Ltd, Vivary Mill, Vivary Way, Colne, Lancashire BB8 9NW

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £25.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
